What's the minimum commitment?
Three months on retainer plans. Performance marketing needs at least one full optimization cycle — testing, killing losers, scaling winners — before the math is honest. After month three you can leave any time with 30 days' notice. The Launch one-time package has no commitment beyond delivery.
How fast do we start seeing results?
Week 1: audit + build (landing page, creatives, tracking shipped). Week 2: first campaigns live, learning phase. Weeks 3–4: first kill/scale decisions, CPA usually drops 20–40% from baseline. Real compounding starts in months two and three.
What if it doesn't work?
We won't take you on if we don't see a path to ROI in the first audit — that's the whole point of the free teardown. If we do start and the numbers genuinely don't move within 60 days, we'll either restructure the plan at our cost or part ways without the next month's invoice. Aligned incentives, not retainer hostage.
What's the minimum ad budget that makes sense?
€1,500/month in ad spend is roughly the floor where Meta's algorithm has enough signal to optimize properly. Below that, you're testing on noise. For high-ticket lead gen the floor can be lower (€800/mo) since each conversion is worth more. We'll tell you on the call if you're under the curve.
Do I own the ad accounts, creatives, and code?
Yes — everything. Ad accounts stay in your name. Creatives are delivered as source files. Code is pushed to your GitHub. If we part ways tomorrow, you walk away with the entire system intact. We don't believe in "client lock-in" through asset hostage.
How is reporting handled?
Live dashboard (Looker Studio or your tool of choice) with real-time spend, CPA, ROAS, and creative-level breakdowns. Weekly written report on what we tested, what we killed, what we're scaling. Bi-weekly call on Growth and Partner plans. No 40-page decks — just the numbers and what we're doing next.
Why not just hire someone in-house?
A senior media buyer in the EU costs €60–90k/year all-in, plus they only do one job. We give you a team handling code, creative, media, and tracking — for less than that buyer's monthly salary.
